Dr. Morolayo LASUTH ARD PRESIDENT: Good evening esteemed LASUTH ARD members,

I stand before you today deeply humbled and profoundly grateful for the trust you have placed in me.

Allow me to first appreciate the pioneers of this great association, whose vision and dedication laid the foundation for our progress. To the past officeholders, especially the immediate past president, Dr. Aisudo Charles, and his remarkable TEAM EXCO, I commend your tireless efforts and accomplishments.

To all who voted, whether for or against , this victory is not mine alone—it is a win for every single member of this association.

To my husband, Mr. Oluwatoyin Ajayi, our children, Atarah and Shai, and my entire family, your unwavering support has been my anchor, especially during challenging times.

To my Radiology family, thank you for being my backbone—charity truly begins at home.

I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Olubunmi Obiora. Your dedication, passion, and commitment to this association is deeply inspiring. This election has shown us that, despite our differences, we all share the same goal: to see LASUTH ARD thrive. I pledge to foster an open door of friendship and collaboration as we work together for the betterment of our association.

To the congress, your confidence in my ability to lead is a responsibility I do not take lightly. I pledge to uphold the values of integrity, inclusivity, and progress that define us as an association. Together, we will prioritize the welfare of every member, strengthen our unity, and build on the remarkable foundation laid by our predecessors.

Congratulations to the newest executive committee. As we embark on this journey together, I promise to lead with open ears, an open heart, and a commitment to *transparency and excellence* in fulfilling our constitutional duties.

Finally, I give all the glory to Almighty God, who has guided my steps, given me strength, and blessed me with sound health and a clear mind to serve.

Remember, the true measure of victory is not the election itself but the achievements we record at the end of our tenure. Dear Executive Committee of 2024–2025, "LET’S GET TO WORK!"

Thank you.
